Business Administration and Computing - Level 2 
Great for beginners and intermediate learners, this Job Connection Programme focuses on business administration while giving you a solid grounding in computer applications. You will learn Microsoft Office applications and have the opportunity to learn MYOB accounting program. Literacy and numeracy are also available with this programme.

Hospitality 
This Job Connection Programme provides you with a broad base of skills to help launch you into the exciting hospitality industry. This is a great programme for those wishing to work in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, bakery or any commercial kitchen environment. You will learn all the basics in our commercial kitchen under the guidance of tutor, Rick. As well as learning kitchen skills, you’ll learn to make great coffee, prepare a café quality sandwich and serve it all with a smile. You will also learn the service skills for more formal restaurant and function settings as well as cash handling. Literacy and numeracy are also available on this programme.

Springboard 
This Job Connection Programme focuses on getting you into the workforce. If you are ready for work, but are struggling to find a job, then we can match you up with a suitable employer in a field of YOUR choice. Naturally, most of this programme consists of your period of training with your employer but you'll also have the opportunity to develop general skills such as:
- personal presentation

- care and timeliness as an employee
- health and safety
- preparation of your CV
- literacy and numeracy
Throughout this programme, we will show you the skills you need to find employment and become a productive and valued employee. Our support continues until you get settled in your new job! It is really important that your reason for joining our Springboard programme is to get a job and that you are prepared to do what it takes to get that job.

- supporting clients' cultural, physical and emotional needs and their rights and responsibilities
- literacy and numeracy
This programme can be offered as a Job Connection or work-based training programme. It is delivered on-the-job so those working in the industry can gain nationally recognised qualifications without disrupting their employment. It is also offered pre-employment with work experience to practice your skills.

Excelerate - Te Waka (Youth Guarantee)
Excelerate, Te Waka, is offered under the Youth Guarantee scheme (see eligibility criteria). It is designed for 16 and 17 year old adults who are looking for a broad base programme. It combines great workplace skills with vocational experiences and adventure based learning. Personal development and employment skills are combined in a challenging and fun way.
This programme includes:

- Customer Service
- Employment skills
