Adventures in Learning 
This exciting, fast paced Job Connection Programme combines physical challenge with personal development. You will learn valuable work and life skills and gain qualifications along the way.
This programme covers a diverse range of topics including life and employment skills as well as sport and adventure:
- Sport - injury management, coaching, first aid, fitness
- Adventure Based Learning - tramping, mountain biking, caving, orienteering, camping, kayaking (options will be dependent on group and available resources)
- Employment Options - job search skills, career planning, practical experience, CV preparation
- Personal Development - presentation, stress management, confidence building, self-esteem, communication skills, cultural awareness, team-building, time management and literacy and numeracy
- Independent Living Skills - banking and budgeting, health and safety, nutrition, learner's licence

- an introduction to personal computers caring for computer software and hardware, starting up your computer, computer terms and parts, managing and protecting computer data
- word processing, including basic keyboarding skills, editing, mail merge, text processing, tables, letter writing and CV preparation
- spreadsheets and databases, involving data entry, personal budgets, reports, charts and queries
- production of basic desktop published documents using text, graphics and page layout

Food & Beverage Service 
A Job Connection Programme giving a practical introduction to Barista Skills and the Cafe Industry for those wishing to make a start in employment at entry level in Café/Restaurant areas.
The programme covers:
- specialist coffee making skills, including the preparation and presentation of pressed, filtered,
and Espresso coffee
- preparation and presentation of cafe food
- menu creation
- employment relationships
- customer service and cash handling
- food safety
- service for functions
There is also a Community Colleges certificate in the "Skill of Barista" up for grabs, which is gained by completing 4 units standards in the Skill of Barista.

Excelerate (Youth Guarantee)
Excelerate is offered under the Youth Guarantee scheme (see eligibility criteria). It is designed for 16 and 17 year old adults who are looking for a broad base programme. It combines great workplace skills with vocational experiences and adventure based learning. Personal development and employment skills are combined in a challenging and fun way.
This programme includes:
