 Great for beginners and intermediate learners, this Job Connection Programme focuses on business administration while giving you a solid grounding in a range of computer applications.
You will learn about:
- general office and clerical systems
- business procedures and documentation
- financial records and MYOB
- reception, telephone skills, customer service
- operating a personal computer
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Email, file management
- health and safety
- literacy and numeracy

Community Support Services
 For compassionate, caring people who wish to learn how to look after the elderly. The following areas will be covered in this programme:
- basic anatomy and physiology
- first aid and life support
- client care - safe lifting and positioning, supporting clients' cultural, physical and emotional needs, rights and responsibilities.
This programme can be offered as a Job Connection or work-based training programme. It is delivered on-the-job so those working in the industry can gain nationally recognised qualifications without disrupting their employment. It is also offered as a pre-employment programme with work experience to
practice your skills. Literacy and numeracy are also available with this programme.
