Small Class Sizes & Individual Learning Plans
Classes are an optimal size of up to 15 to allow more one-on-one time with tutors.  We work with you to set learning goals, develop a plan and encourage and enhance your progress.  Learning Plans are reviewed frequently and include literacy and numeracy goals.

A Supportive Environment & Caring, Passionate Tutors
We offer a wide variety of assistance both during & after your training and our staff are supportive and approachable.  
Our tutors are passionate about their subjects, love to teach and they really know their stuff.

Hands-on Training & Work Place Standards
We embrace hands-on learning where there is a high level of practical training and tutors facilitate learning rather than teach.  
We work hard to closely simulate the work environment and our programmes reflect the standards required in the workplace.

Outdoors/Adventure Based Learning
We believe in the benefits of Adventure Based Learning. Students are given the opportunity to participate in personal development and at least one outdoor personal challenge. Confidence building and self responsibility are two key areas of our personal development modules.
