​Employment Placement Coordinator - TUPU AOTEAROA

This role is based at the Comcol Nelson Campus in Rutherford Street and works with Pacific Island clients who are looking to re enter the workforce or gain higher education.

They may need help with interview skills, job search, CV prep or other skills relating to gaining and maintaining employment. Or they may need support to match their career aspirations with higher level education programmes available in the region or online.

We are looking for someone 25 hours per week for this exciting opportunity who can demonstrate some or all of the key areas below:

• Passionate about working with the Pacific Island community in Nelson.
• Committed to developing the skills in people that will help them gain and maintain sustainable employment.
• You have strong relationships with the Pacific Island Community in Nelson.
• Have and continue to develop strong relationships with local employers.
