Take the first steps towards a career in the dynamic world of hospitality! You’ll learn everything from kitchen and food management to planning menus, waiting skills and how to make great coffee. Master entry level requirements for working in the hospitality industry, including cafe and restaurant employment and gaining a NZ Certificate in Hospitality Level 2 and NCEA Level 2 for a direct pathway to higher education
Literacy, numeracy and NCEA credits are achievable through all the courses we provide.
A course with both a practical and theory introduction including front of house and back of house experience. You will have the opportunity to develop necessary skills to move onto working in NZ's top cafe's, restaurants, hotels and various other hospitality environments.
