A 20 week programme with the opportunity to gain a New Zealand Certificate in Foundation Skills (Level 2) Qualification and 60 credits towards NCEA Level 1 and 2.
This programme is to provide those with little or no hospitality (cookery/front of house) experience with knowledge and skills that will support future opportunities to undertake further study at a higher level, or work, under supervision, across different hospitality career pathways.
