Kia ora, Talofa lava, Welcome
We are a catalyst for change for young people. Our youth coaches and tutors empower success through education, training and wrap-around support. While our front-line staff manage and find solutions for the increasing and complex challenges our young people face today, the rest of our organisation works to support this mahi and its structure has been important for Comcol’s success over the years.

Our Living Lab Project
We are establishing a Living Laboratory - connecting environmental sustainability, cultural involvement, educational achievement, ecological improvements, health and social wellbeing enhancement and employment opportunities.
Our first practical stage of the Living Laboratory project is to set up a community native nursery and start growing plants. The nursery will be the place of action where people will gain practical work and life skills.
We are creating a safe place for learning and training as part of a team. The hands-on environment will introduce the expectation of individual and team responsibilities similar to being in a workplace. Watch this space as we grow!
