Brooke Close - GROW Tutor
Tutoring since 2017, I started with Comcol North Canterbury’s NCEA Level 1 programme and I am now the Programme Coordinator, coordinating the GROW and Budgeting (Youth Service) programmes, and tutor for the GROW Programme, having helped develop it to what it is today. I love tutoring because I enjoy building relationships with our young individuals, watching them succeed and celebrating success with them. I want the best for that person. |

Cherry Burgess - GROW Mentor
My role specialises in helping our students/rangatahi who have completed the GROW Course with the next steps towards education, training, or employment. I aim to create the best outcome for our young people who are needing extra guidance and support, liaising with families and caregivers while supporting guidance for the whole whanau. My role is unique in empowering our rangatahi to be the best version of themselves. |
